“ Sort of fast food but with a home cooked slant. I had their chili and split a BLT with my wife. The chili was great with just a bit of heat and it was just like something made at home. The BLT was made with fried tomatoes which was a unique twist to the traditional sandwich... Also great. It was fast service... The place is neat and clean. Not what would be called fine dining, but it is a fine place to dine. ”

“ This fast-casual spot is one of my favorite places to bring friends for lunch. The food is healthy, but still exactly what you want. The vibe is girly-pop. Traditional-ish Southern food with a healthier façade. I love to do the garden plate, pick a main and two sides. The portion sizes are perfect. Outdoor seating, too! Service is always very quick. “ If you're looking for food that resembles a home cooked meal and walking distance from the Aloft hotel, then Real & Rosemary is a perfect choice. You can dine in or place an order for pickup on their website. I arrived around 530pm, and there were four guests dining inside and no wait. You place your order at the register, and your food is brought to your table along with silverware and a cloth napkin. All employees were friendly and the wait for the food wasn't very long. I had the flounder cakes plate with macaroni and cheese and sweet potato wedges for $15.49. The serving was generous, and the food was hot and delicious. I cleaned my plate! It was my first time having flounder cakes, and I enjoyed the flavor and preferred them over salmon cakes. It wasn't very fishy, and the seasoning was perfect. Macaroni was cheesy and and the potato wedges were savory. The restaurant also provides water for free. It's a charming and cozy restaurant with seating available inside and outside. The food is tasty and reasonable. ”

“ My Mom and I dined here for a quick lunch and loved it! We really appreciated the real, whole, chicken breast atop our salads. The Southwest salad was great and I loved the crunchy chip strips. I will probably ask if I can get a green mix instead of romaine next time - personal preference. Mom loved her grilled chicken salad and especially loved the crunchy chickpeas! We'll definitely be back! ”

“ This restaurant is a walk up to order and they will bring you the food to your table. You are greeted with a beautiful smile from the employees and they repeatedly ask is everything to your liking. I had the homemade meatballs with sauce and Parmesan cheese - they were sooooo tender and full of flavor it was paired with charred carrots which were crunchy with a Smokey taste and corn polenta which was a bit dry BUT I poured the meatballs and sauce over it and OMG - superb. The polenta cake soften and absorbed some of the sauce and everything combined nicely on the fork. I did notice the majority of patrons here are women. So if the guys are single and ready to mingle this would be great spot Hope you enjoy and you're welcome (invite me to the wedding). ”

“ This is a great place to go for a salad or sandwich! The food is good, but it could be a little better. It is very fresh and they have lots of healthy options. The atmosphere is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, but they could be a little more informed about the menu. When I got the peas and asked if they are plain, the staff member said yes. However, I ended up having onions mixed in with my peas, which I do not like. Make sure that if you want something specific, that you clarify! ”
